How I handle your data when you take the quiz or write to me through the website. It complements the general privacy policy.

What data
Your name, email, WhatsApp number if you give it, your quiz answers or your message. Some quiz questions concern your wellbeing, for example how your body reacts under pressure: I process them only with your explicit consent.
Why
To prepare your personal analysis, reply to you and get back in touch to talk about it. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. I do not use your data for newsletters or advertising.
Artificial intelligence
To prepare the quiz analysis I use Claude, Anthropic's artificial intelligence: starting from your answers it writes a first draft, which I read, edit and approve myself before it reaches you. No decision about you is made automatically. Anthropic processes the data on my behalf and does not use it to train its models.

For providers in the United States, transfers rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long
24 months from when you send it, after which the data is deleted automatically. If you start a coaching journey in the meantime, the retention times of the portal notice apply. Backups are deleted within 8 weeks.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, object, receive it in a readable format (portability) or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@flaviaercoli.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

No, it is your choice. Without your name, email and answers, though, I cannot prepare your analysis or reply to you.
